Most of our apparel is machine washable on cold. For hardware and protective equipment, we recommend wiping down with a damp cloth and mild detergent after every use.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Shrunken Head hardware comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Apparel is covered for 90 days.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process and must be handled as a return.
